SODA Labs Format
SODA Labs folow a structured format but the content of each meeting is unique, unrepeatale and totally dependent on the input and interaction of the participants.
How are SODA Labs run?

Prior to meeting there are telephone interviews with participants to determine that they understand the format and are commited to participation.

Upon arrival, coffee and light refreshment is provided, informal chat with organizers for 5 to 10 minutes.

Introduction, Rules of the meeting (3 minutes).

Each participant explains in 3 minutes what their company is about. Use any tools u need.

Topic 1: Major challenges / opportunities, brainstorming

Topic 2: Based on topic one or regional digital industry cooperation theme, brainstorming

Conslusions. How do we follow up? Who does what by when?

Post meeting, please complete feedback form on the spot or go to the DIF website and complete feedback online.
Other important characteristics
- Facilitator: Volunteer member of Digital Industry Leadership Group
- Physical facilities: Boardroom in SODA for up to 8 people, whiteboard, markers, digital video camcorder, laptop, dataprojector.
- Rules: Positive, innovative thinking outside of the box is encouraged. Please bring with you a "Can Do" approach, positive energy and help us estalish an atmosphere of trust. We will work under the Chatham House Rule.
